Multichoice Introduces Auto-Renewal Option For Uninterrupted Entertainment
MultiChoice, Nigeria’s leading pay-TV entertainment company has recently announced a new feature on their DStv and GOtv platforms.
If you simply can’t stand in queues or hate the disruption when your subscription goes off, then this new feature will be right up your alley.
Continuing their culture of delivering the utmost convenience to their customers, MultiChoice recently introduced an auto-renewal payment option for clients on the DStv and GOtv platforms.
The auto-renewal feature is available on iOS and Android and is extremely easy to navigate. MultiChoice subscribers simply need to download the MyDStv or MyGOtv app, and then follow the prompts as they log in.
The feature allows customers to seamlessly make payments for their subscriptions or automate monthly payments as they prefer, so they can be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually, with the choice to opt-out at any time.
Before now, customers had to cope with the hassles of physically visiting payment offices or experiencing the frustration of having their subscription end while their favourite show is on. However, with this new feature, subscribers can pay their bills automatically.

Talking about the new feature, MultiChoice’s Chief Customer Officer, Martin Mabutho said:
