Child Rape: Notorious thug, 29, rapes 13-year-old girl in Ogun
29-year-old Soji Ogunriola, an alleged notorious thug popularly known as ‘Bulldozer’, has been accused by the Ogun State police command for defiling a 13-year-old girl.
The arrest of Soji was made known following the victim’s stepfather, Monsuru Badmus’ complaint at the Odeda Police Station, that the suspect forcibly had carnal knowledge of his stepdaughter.
The girl was said to have come to the village to spend her holiday with her parents.
The suspect is alleged to have threatened to kill the girl if she ever told anybody about the incident.
Oyeyemi stated that the mother of the victim became suspicious when she noticed blood stains on her daughter’s clothes. The little girl, who had visited the village to holiday with her parents, was said to have her mother what exactly happened to her.
Police say the DPO of Odeda Police Division, CSP Muhammad Baba Suleiman, led detectives to arrest Soji at the scene of the incident.
The suspect was said to have confessed to the crime, while the girl was taken to the Federal Medical Center, Abeokuta, for medical examination.
