Emergency! Lagos ambulance yet to turn up 10 hours after call for help
A Lagos resident was forced to book a private ambulance, Thursday, after the government run ambulance she called for never showed up.
Narrating her ordeal on Twitter, the woman said she called for the ambulance at 8:25a.m. on Thursday but it had not shown up as at 3:46p.m.
She was then forced to book for an ambulance at a private hospital for N50,000.

It is not the first time a public agency and their agents will fail to turn-up when needed. Some policemen caused quite a stir, late 2015, when they refused to give a dying man a ride because their cars were “newly bought”.
