WATCH: Baby miraculously escapes death after falling on rail track in India

A baby miraculously escaped unscathed as a train ran over her after her mother dropped her on a rail track in India.
The incident, according to the Times of India, occurred in Uttar Pradesh days ago when the mother was pushed as she alighted from the train.
The one-year-old child, Sahiba, then fell through the narrow gap between the platform and carriages as bystanders watch on in horror.
Thankfully, as the train moved by, Sahiba was found still alive. Two men rushed to rescue the crying child and handed her back to her visibly shocked and relieved mother.
The little girl sustained no injuries.
India’s rail network is reportedly notorious for overcrowding and accidents, with many dying from crossing rail tracks or falling off over-capacity trains.
