The tussle over PDP governorship candidacy in the forthcoming Ondo State gubernatorial election has reached its peak on Wednesday, as INEC has decided to replace Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim’s name with that of Mr. Eyitayo Jegede (SAN).
Hundreds of protesting Ondo youths, who are believed to be PDP supporters, thronged the INEC office in Alagbaka area of Akure on Monday to demand that the commission postpone the election for two weeks.
