SHAME! ISIS…sorry…Ibis offers Jose Mourinho ridiculous coaching job
The battle for the signature of Chelsea reject Jose Mourinho has shifted from Europe to South America.
Manchester United, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are among the clubs linked with the 52-year-old.
A club in Brazil has joined the fray. Ibis Sport Club (not ISIS, please!) is tempting the Portuguese to Recife, in Brazil.
Ibis offered to pay Mourinho in the form of food hampers. The club said there will be bonuses for wins…and losses.
Mourinho’s ultimate goal, should he take the offer, would be to never win the title. If he does, he’ll be fired.
The offer was made on December 28, 2015 – Brazil’s equivalent of April Fool’s Day.
Ibis became known as the worst team in the world after they failed to win a single game between 1980 and 1984.
So they want a coach who can maintain the record, and they think Mourinho is the perfect fit.
Mourinho has won eight league titles in four countries as well as numerous domestic trophies and the Champions League twice. We’re not sure his resume fits the job requirement.
But when you consider his record during his disastrous second spell at Chelsea, you may want to give him a chance at Ibis success failure..
