#OtedolaBridge: “The accidents won’t stop happening until tankers are taken off the roads” – Sympathiser

A sympathiser at the scene of the unfortunate tanker explosion that led to the death of many persons lamented that it’s until fuel tankers are stopped from plying the Otedola bridge before accidents such as the one on Thursday would stop.

When our correspondent visited the scene of the tragic incident Friday morning, several tankers were still caught up in a traffic gridlock on the bridge.

Many Lagosians now fear for their lives as they go about their daily businesses. The Lagos State Government has been criticized by residents for its seeming inaction over the issue of tankers and trucks that ply the metropolis.
