The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration (NAFDAC) actually said that a while ago.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has responded.

Paul Orhii, the Director-General NAFDAC is currently in EFCC custody answering questions on alleged contract scam and the abuse of office, reports say.
