Moses Ali: Children survive as pastor, wife die in midnight fire
A Nigerian pastor and his wife couldn’t make it out of a “strange” fire incident at their home in Dadin Kowa Kontagora, Niger State.
Moses and Zainab Ali died in the incident which happened around 12am on Thursday.
But neighbours were able to rescue their two children, reports say.
The pastor’s house was terribly damaged by the fire with property worth millions destroyed. The most painful part of the destruction was the tragic death of the couple.
Prior to his death, Moses worked with Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Commission.
Residents said they didn’t know what caused the deadly night fire.
