At a hearing on Thursday, a Federal High Court in Abuja led by Justice Binta Nyako fixed December 1 as the next date for the review of bail applications by Biafra agitator, Nnamdi Kanu and three other accused persons.
The battle of two “prisoners”?
The DSS has been detaining Kanu since October 2015 and had disregarded a court order granting him bail.
Kanu, who’s being detained by the secret service, may not get to meet his baby boy any time soon.

It’s the second time Biafra agitators would take “the battle” to Port Harcourt.
