Shocking! Motorcycle ‘disappears’ while rider looked for passenger’s N100 balance
A mild drama played out last Saturday after a commercial motorcyclist lost his motorcycle while looking for a N100 balance to give to his passenger.
The incident, which happened in the Aguda area of Ikeja, Lagos, took many of the motorcyclist’s colleagues by surprise.
Newsroom reliably gathered that the motorcyclist had dropped the passenger at their garage to look for balance.
He returned to see that his motorcycle was missing from the spot he parked it.
Surprisingly, none of the riders at the park, nor the passenger who waited for the motorcyclist to return with his balance, saw anyone go away with the motorcycle.
The confused rider broke down in tears.
Efforts by his colleagues to find the motorcycle proved abortive. Many of the riders concluded the motorcycle had been stolen.
