How OOU final year student dies in accident during excursion with colleagues
A final year student of Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has died in an accident just a few months to his graduation.
Adefuwa Adebowale Christopher lost his life in a fatal accident along Ile-Ife road, Osun State, while coming back from Idanre Hills in Akure, Ondo State.
He was said to be travelling with some of his colleagues for an excursion when the incident occurred on Saturday.
The students’ bus was said to have collided with a trailer, leaving at least 21 others injured.
Adefuwa was, until his death, the president of the National Association of Science Students (NASS).
