Donald Trump will earn just around N400 as United States President
Going by today’s exchange rate between the dollar and the Naira, newly-elected United States President, Donald Trump will earn just around N400 a year when he takes the reign on January 20, 2017.
Trump had, during his campaign, hinted he would not take salary if elected, and he intends to stand by his words.
The little problem however, is that the billionaire businessman would have to, by constitution, take at least a dollar.

“I’m not going to take the salary. I’m not taking it,” he said during his first mainstream interview as President-elect on CBS’s ’60 minutes’ on Sunday.
“I think I have to by law take $1, so I’ll take $1 a year,” he added.
Outgoing President, Barack Obama earns around $400,000 a year ($33,000 a month).
