Ben Bruce, Rotimi Amaechi in Twitter brawl over Buhari’s “criminals”
President Muhammadu Buhari seemed to suggest most Nigerians living in the United Kingdom engage in crime.
That suggestion has not gone down well with Nigerians many of whom are using #NigeriansAreNotCriminals hashtag to clap back at their “brainless” president.
It has also not gone down well with Twitter-savvy Nigerian senator Ben Murray Bruce who said such comments should never proceed from the mouth of a president.
As Ben Bruce replies Buhari, Nigeria’s transportation minister Rotimi Amaechi was caught in the crossfire. Amaechi has replied Ben Bruce.
