President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a draft budget framework for 2017 to the National Assembly, spelling out how the federal government plans to spend the country’s commonwealth in the coming year.
The former minister is more popularly known for disrupting the declaration of the results of the last general elections at the national collation centre of the 2015 presidential election last year.
