Ada Ifeanyi – In Memory Of Those Killed Illegally By The Nigerian Police
Ada Ifeanyi, 20, was returning from a night club with her boyfriend and one other friend in the Ajegunle area of Lagos in the early hours of April 13, 2019, when Police officers chased their car and opened fire on the unarmed youths.
The Police said the officer who fired the shot, Inspector Diana Ojo, absconded after the incident. He was dismissed from the Police Force and declared wanted for Ada’s death. He is yet to be found, over one year after.
