VIDEO: Newborn baby found dead after being dumped in sack in Lagos
Residents in the Isheri Pipeline area of Lagos state woke up to a rude shock on Tuesday morning, as a newborn baby was found dead in a zipped sack in the area.
A placenta was also discovered in a polythene bag beside the baby, who was dumped by an unknown person.
The baby had reportedly suffocated to death.
