Two soldiers killed by accidental discharge during training – Army
Two Nigerian soldiers lost their lives through accidental discharge at a theatre training of the 192 Battalion in Gwoza late Wednesday, the Army has said.
“We deeply regret to announce the death of 2 soldiers of 192 Battalion, who lost their lives as a result of an accidental discharge during in-theatre training today,” the Army said in a statement,

While not disclosing the identities of the deceased soldiers, it added that Chief of Army Staff has directed that a board should be constituted to unravel the circumstances that led to the unfortunate incident.
