Tributes pour in for Pius Adesanmi after falling victim of the Ethiopian Airlines crash
Tributes continue to pour in for renowned Nigerian Professor at the Carlton University in Canada, Pius Adesanmi, who is confirmed
to be among those that died in the ill fated Ethiopia airline flight which crashed on Sunday morning.
He’s reported to have boarded the plane on his way to attend an AU committee meeting in Nairobi.
President Muhammadu Buhari expressed grief over the incident and subsequently prayed for strength and fortitude to his loved ones.

The president and vice-chancellor of Carlton Univerty, Benoit-Antoine Bacon referred to the Professor as “a towering figure in African and post-colonial scholarship and his sudden loss is a tragedy.
“Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and all those who knew and loved him, and with everyone who suffered loss in the tragic crash in Ethiopia,” he said.
The crash which claimed the lives of 157 passengers and crew members is still being investigated.
