Three alleged fake travel agents, Adeshina Taoheed Aderemi, Adekoya Abosede and Ishola Abiodun Kazeem, are facing a seven-count charge bordering on forgery and fraudulent activities for allegedly scamming a victim of N695,000.
The victim had sought the help of the suspects to help him secure a Canadian visa, buy he found out the one issued to him was fake.
Investigations, according to the EFCC, confirmed that the suspects were not travel agents.
Both men have been remanded in prison custody, while a pregnant Abosede is being held in the commission’s custody.
