Punch: Is Buhari’s CSO Nigeria’s Commander-In-Chief?
The whole world knows President Muhammadu Buhari is sick but the powers that be won’t tell us what exactly plagues him.
Information minister Lai Mohammed said revealing such information could threaten national security, and would be an “immoral” thing to do.
They ferried him to the UK and made him stay there for 49 days under the watchful eyes of doctors better remunerated and equipped than the ones in Nigeria.

Buhari returned to the country and, instead of resuming active duties, went into “hiding”.
Nigeria’s President is holed up in an apartment in Aso Rock while unknown elements run the show. This assertion remains unproven but a recent failed attempt by a dutiful journalist to clear the air may have actually cleared the air.
Someone expelled Punch State House correspondent Olalekan Adetayo from the Presidential Villa for writing about Buhari’s health.
Osinbajo in the dark?

Buhari chief security officer Bashir Abubakar made the call without even informing presidential media aides. From all indications, even Buhari was not aware.
The Presidency later issued a statement recalling the brave correspondent whom, before being expelled, was reportedly grilled by DSS operatives.
We weren't consulted in the media office by the CSO before he expelled The Punch reporter. President Buhari is committed to press freedom.

The development raises these questions:
- Was Buhari aware of the expulsion? If he was, why was the decision reversed?
- If Buhari wasn’t aware of the expulsion, was Vice President Yemi Osinbajo aware?
- Is the CSO of a higher rank than the Vice President?
- Does the VP know what’s going on? What if he’s in the dark?
- Suspended “grass-cutter” Babachir Lawal asked “who is the Presidency?” Is Buhari’s CSO the “Presidency”?
- Is the CSO loyal to the “cabal” that reportedly controls the Presidency; the cabal that’s reportedly hell-bent on keeping Buhari in power for selfish reasons?
- Who are these “cabal” people?
- If Buhari is not critically ill, why are these things happening without him uttering a word?
- Where is President Buhari?
- Should Nigerians demand Buhari’s resignation if he fails to show face in public on Workers Day?
