FACE OF THE FAKE POLICEMAN ARRESTED IN IBADAN, OYO STATE ON 10.08.2015
Olayinka Micheal Olatunji ‘m’ of 24 Iyana Agbala, Iwo Road, Ibadan arrested on 10/8/2015 at about 2:00pm by Police operatives at Iwo road Shopping complex Ibadan where he was impersonating as an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) attached to Agodi Area Command, Ibadan. The suspect paraded himself as a Police officer to innocent citizens at the scene in a bid to extort money from the traders.
Exhibits recovered from the impostor are:
1. Fake police warrant card
2. A portrait of the suspect in full police uniform with the rank of an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP 1)Earlier Post on 12.08.2012: Arrest Of Fake Policeman (Oyo State)
On 10th August, 2015 at about 2:00pm at Iwo Road shopping Complex Ibadan, one Michael Olayinka ‘m’ of Iyana Agbala Area Ibadan was seen parading himself as an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) attached to Police Area Command office Agodi while harassing and trying to effect arrest of innocent citizens. Suspect arrested, State CIID Ibadan is investigating.
