PHOTOS: Tears, pain, and regrets, as South Africa buries Karabo Mokoena

The South African lady, Karabo Mokoena, who was allegedly killed and burnt by her boyfriend has been laid to rest.

A memorial was held for Karabo at the Diepkloof hall in Soweto on Friday.

Friends and family wore long faces and cried uncontrollably at the interment of the 22-year-old.

Karabo’s boyfriend, Sandile Kagiso Mantsoe, is facing murder charges after he allegedly killed her and dumped her burnt remains in a veld in Lyndhurst, Johannesburg, in April.

The couple had reportedly dated for seven months before the incident.
