“Old politicians should take backseat, allow youths govern” – Wole Soyinka
Nobel laureate, Professor Wole Soyinka has charged Nigerian youths to participate in the country’s political affairs.
In an interview with BBC Yoruba, the revered playwright indicated that it is time for youths to be at the helm of political affairs in the country.
Soyinka, therefore, encouraged Nigerian youths to find a candidate from among them who can direct the affairs of the nation.
He added that it’s time for old politicians to take a backseat and allow youths to govern.
