Olajumoke chose to stop schooling after primary school – Mother
Popular bread seller turned model, Olajumoke Orisaguna, chose to quit schooling after she completed primary school.
Olajumoke’s mother, Ramota Kamourudeen, revealed this in an interview with Nigerian Tribune over the weekend.
Ramota said the mother of two decided to learn hairdressing instead of going on to secondary school.
“After she left primary school, she told me that she wanted to learn hairdressing,” Ramota said.
And her request was granted.
“We took her to a shop here in Iree where she started to learn the occupation. That was the reason she did not go beyond primary school. After she completed her apprenticeship a few years ago, we organised a graduation ceremony for her,” Ramota added.
Olajumoke now has the chance to continue her education, thanks to her lucky break..
