Mercy Aigbe’s estranged husband likely to spend the weekend in Kirikiri Prison
From all indications, it appears Mercy Aigbe’s estranged husband, Lanre Gentry is likely to spend more time behind bars.
Gentry was accused of assault and battery by the actress, and was later arrested and taken into custody on Tuesday, May 9.
Close sources have informed us that Gentry was given a N500,000 bail condition and a surety, who is a land owner in Lagos, all of which Gentry provided.
However, because the court is yet to verify the property of the surety Gentry brought forward, he has been remanded in Kirikiri Prisons.
TheNETng has also gathered that Gentry’s family are at the Area F police command and are currently making efforts to secure his release.
