One Peter Toluwabori is facing a three-count charge for allegedly destroying evidence in an ongoing case.

Toluwabori, according to the EFCC, was arraigned before Justice Mojisola Dada of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos on Tuesday.

He was said to have, on April 10, destroyed his Android phone and two sim cards with an intention to prevent them from being used as evidence.
