Man, 34, kills wife with pestle in Anambra

Police in Anambra have arrested a 34-year old man, James Nwogha, for allegedly killing his 30-year-old wife with a pestle.

James was said to have hit the deceased, Jennifer Nwogha with a pestle following a disagreement on Tuesday. She died immediately.

Police say James has been detained, while Jennifer’s body was deposited at Iyienu Mortuary for autopsy.
