Lagos: Man pretending to be mentally derailed arrested with live tortoise and POS

A Nigerian man who has been disguising himself to be mentally derailed for over five years has been nabbed by security operatives in Lagos.

The man who was identified as Olayinka, was apprehended after being caught with a POS, tortoise, charms and a phone.

According to an Instagram user, @ideraposh, who shared the post, the man was arrested yesterday, January 15, at Railway Crossing Adegbola Street, Ikeja area of Lagos State.
