JUST IN: Governor Fayose slumps as security operatives allegedly take over Ekiti government house
Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force have allegedly laid siege over the Ekiti State government house in Ado-Ekiti, and attacked outgoing state governor Ayodele Fayose.
In photos that are being circulated online by the official handle of opposition party, PDP, Fayose was said to have slumped after he was allegedly teargassed by the security operatives.

There has been brewing tension ahead of the gubernatorial election which is scheduled to hold in the state on Saturday, July 14.
