JUST IN: Dino Melaye arrested at airport in Abuja
Senator Dino Melaye has reportedly been arrested by the police on his way to Morocco.
Policemen were said to have stopped the plane in which Dino was about to travel at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport and asked all passengers to disembark from the plane.
I have just been arrested at the international wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe airport on my way to Morocco for an official engagement sponsored by the Federal Govt after checking in.

It is still unclear if the arrest is linked to the Senator’s alleged involvement in hiring political thugs in Kogi.
Dino had been declared wanted after suspected political thugs accused him of handing out assault rifles and cash sum to them to cause mayhem in the state.
