Johnny Drille Thrills MTN High Value Customers in Lagos

ICT giant MTN Nigeria recently played host to some of its high-value customers at a specially organised forum in Victoria Island, Lagos. The High-Value Customer Forum, which held at Oriental Hotel, is in line with the brand’s commitment to creating unique experiences for all its customers, through continuous interaction to understand their needs and help the company in creating bespoke ICT solutions.

 

The forum in Lagos was just the latest stop in a nationwide effort by MTN Nigeria to appreciate valued customers across the country, and obtain necessary feedback on MTN’s products and services. It was an evening filled with engaging presentations, beautiful music as well as a very insightful interactive session. The night took a notch higher when new sensation, Johnny Drille, took to the stage to deliver exciting tunes including Wait for Dear Future Wife and Me, thrilling the crowd with his unique voice and scintillating genre of music.

 

The gathering served as a platform to garner feedback from customers on how MTN can serve them better. Customers shared diverse experiences using the MTN network and appreciated the company’s efforts in providing stellar services. In the words of one customer who has been on the network for 11 years, “MTN has been the same and operated under the same name since 2001. No one else has done that.”

In a concerted effort to improve service delivery, the company recently signed a financing agreement with a consortium of banks to expand its data infrastructure aimed at providing unmatched data experience just for the customer. The company’s dedication to its customer is also evident in the recent launch of its Customer Experience Management (CEM) system in Lagos in a bid to deliver quality service, solve customers’ network issues, and brighten their lives through adequate feedback solutions. During Customer Service Week, select walk-in customers who visited MTN outlets nationwide also received special MTN goody bags.

 

In recognition of its achievements in 2018, and increasing effort to provide best data and voice solutions for customers, MTN Nigeria walked away with five (5) awards at the just concluded Nigeria Tech Innovations & Telecom Awards (NTITA) night. The awards are Telecom Company of the year, Social Impact Award, Digital Transformation Award, Customer Experience Award and Telcom CEO of the Year awards.
