Free Zakzaky protests has broken out in major cities of Nigeria; followers of the Muslim cleric are protesting his deteriorating health.
The president media forum of the Islamic movement in Nigeria, Ibrahim Musa confirmed to newsmen that Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, suffered a severe knock in the past two days, such that he is critically ill and in urgent need of the best medical attention possible.
According to Musa, the leader’s condition suffered a setback because of his age; who is almost clocking 67 years old, and the several gunshots wounds he sustained during the attack on his home by the military in December 2015.
Protests had taken place in Kaduna, Kano and Bauchi, Katsina, Zaria, Azare and Illela among several other places.
