EFCC: court arraigns man for conspiracy and criminal breach of trust

The EFCC today, 14th August, 2017, arraigned one Abdullahi Mohammed before Justice K.N Kunaza at the State High Court, Bauchi on a two count charge for the offence of Conspiracy and Criminal Breach of Trust.

Abdullahi a native of Mai’ a Diko Rayfield Jos who is into Oil and Gas business on the intruduction of one Jerome Jacob of Tari Oil and Gas Limited recieved a total of 40,000 litres of diesel valued at N 8,000,000 ( Eight Million Naira only) of which he gave the supplier, B. B Haruna an already signed cheque allegedly given to him by Jerome Jacob of Tari Oil and Gas.

The Judge adjourned the matter to 21st August, 2017 and ordered that the accused be remanded in prison custody. For details, visit: www.efccnigeria.org
