Dead 72-year-old brothel owner wins seat in US midterm elections

Hof died unexpectedly in his sleep after partying for four days in celebration of his birthday.

Dennis Hof, a famed 72-year-old pimp and brothel owner in Nevada who referred to himself as the Trump of Pahrump has won a seat in the state Assembly of Nevada despite being dead for almost a month before the election.

He died unexpectedly in his sleep at one of his brothels, Love Ranch after partying for four days in celebration of his birthday.

It was at this same brothel that the former spouse of Khloe Kardashian and retired NBA star, Lamar Odom was found in a coma after an incident that was believed to be an accidental drug overdose in 2015.

Although officials have suggested that there was no foul play involved in Mr. Hof’s death, they’re still trying to determine if there’s any evidence that will prove otherwise.

An oversight in Nevada legislation ensured that his name remained in the ballot since the time for making changes to the roster was already past.

Influential GOP officials had encouraged his supporters to still vote for him in order to deprive Democrats the chance of being the majority, since another Republican will be appointed to replace him. His campaign manager, Chuck Muth had remarked that a lot of reluctant Republicans will now vote for the seat.

“They will feel much more comfortable casting the ballot for him knowing there will be another Republican to replace him,” he said.

Dennis Hof who ran with a Republican ticket was a strong supporter of Trump whom he based his campaign after his rhetoric. His manifesto appealed to the ideals of conservative Nevadans, including gun rights and anti-immigration.

This consequently secured him a posthumous landslide victory at the concluded mid-term elections.

Since life is for the living, another Republican will be appointed to take his place.
