Daniel Chibuike – In Memory Of Those Killed Illegally By The Nigerian Police

Daniel Chibuike, aka Sleek, was a 20-year-old musician allegedly shot dead by a policeman in the Elelenwo area of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, in September, 2020.
Sleek and his friend Reuben were standing in front of a hotel waiting for a cab when they saw SARS officers coming towards their direction, out of fear, they fled and the SARS operatives chased them and labelled them thieves in order to apprehend them. A riot policeman close to the scene who heard the SARS officers screaming ‘thief’ as they chase the duo, shot Daniel.
