COVID-19: “It will get worse before it gets better” – Sanwo-Olu
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in his address at the Lagos State House on Monday said the COVID-19 case will get worse before it gets better.
“What it means is very simple, we want to flatten the curve once and for all, we do not want to have a spiking move up and down,” the governor said.
“That’s why we decentralised sample collection all across the local communities, because we know it is now in the communities, we need to comb and get everyone tested.”
Lagos recorded zero case of COVID-19 on Monday April 20.
