CHILD RAPE: Teacher, 23, defiles 7-year-old pupil in Plateau
A 23-year-old teacher, Moses Danladi, has been remanded in prison for allegedly defiling a seven-year-old pupil in Plateau.
Danladi was arraigned on one count of an act of gross indecency.
The victim’s uncle, one Cpl. Zakka Peter of III Division, Maxwell Khobe Cantonment, reported the matter at the Bassa police station on March 15.
Peter told the police that the victim told him that her teacher molested her.
Danladi said he was not guilty of the accusation.
The case has been adjourned until May 9, for hearing.
