Boy, 14, rapes, murders 83-year-old woman in Baltimore

Tyrone Harvin, at the young age of fourteen is facing murder charges after he allegedly raped and beat an 83-year-old woman, Dorothy Mae Neal.

Dorothy was found unresponsive in her West Baltimore apartment on August 29.

She later succumbed to her injuries and died at a hospital.

Harvin, according to Maryland law, is being charged for the crime as an adult.
