84-year-old American media mogul, Murdoch, set for wedding number 4
“Mr Rupert Murdoch, father of Prudence, Elisabeth, Lachlan, James, Grace and Chloe Murdoch, and Miss Jerry Hall, mother of Elizabeth, James, Georgia and Gabriel Jagger, are delighted to announce their engagement.”
Short and crisp, that notice, appearing in the births, marriages, and deaths section of the Murdoch owned Times newspaper, hints at the marital stories of the soon-to-be-married couple who were, just recently engaged.
Murdoch, 84, has been married three times before (Wendi Deng 1999-2013, Anna Mann 1967-1999, and Patricia Booker 1956-1967).
Meanwhile, it will be Hall’s first marriage, officially. The 59-year-old had an unofficial ceremony with her former partner for nine years, Sir Mick Jagger with whom she had four kids. But the ceremony was declared was declared invalid following their split in 1999.
The couple have loved these past months together, are thrilled to be getting married and excited about their future, a family spokesman told Dailymail.
They were first seen together in October, 2015.
