Mohammed is Nigeria’s information and culture minister.
The tour, we learned is to boost Nigerians’ confidence in government’s alternative plan during the ongoing Abuja Airport closure.
The airport is shut for runway repairs. Abuja-bound passengers will fly to Kaduna and then be conveyed by bus, under heavy police security, to Abuja.
Passengers are also being advised to use the train.
