WATCH: Bizarre moment suspected thief couldn’t get stolen sack off his head

A suspected Tanzanian thief, has been compelled to report himself to the police after the sack he allegedly stole refused to come off his head.

The suspect identified as Frank Buhet, was said to have stolen the bag from an old woman. He was said to have taken the bag home but couldn’t bring down from his head.

Buhet was forced to confess to the crime, saying that he had made several attempts to put the luggage down but to no avail.
