A citizen reporter films armed Customs officers driving on the wrong side of the road in Maryland, Lagos.
Lagos enforces strict traffic rules but it seems Customs officers are not bound by those.
The armed officers were spotted at the Maryland roundabout at about 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015.
Perhaps they broke traffic rules because they had something urgent going.
Perhaps they should be reminded that the convoy of the most heavily protected man in Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari, does not flout traffic rules.
