Two suspected robbers attempt to dispossess victim of power bike with toy gun
The Ogun State Police Command has arrested two suspected armed robbers, Micheal Iheanachor, 34 and Jamiu Haruna, 38, who allegedly operate with a toy gun.
The suspects, of Alaba International Market, Ojo, Lagos and Kembiri Street, Okokomaiko, respectively, were arrested on Monday while allegedly trying to dispossess one Ugochuckwu Umeh of his Honda Power Bike.
The third gang member was said to have bolted and evaded arrest.
Police say local vigilante members swooped on the hoodlums and caught two of the them, while they were perfecting their intention.
The toy gun, with which the hoodlums allegedly used in instilling fear in their victims, was recovered from them.
