Two boys, aged 2 and 3, die after inhaling smoke in house fire

The two boys, who were brothers, were trapped in a house fire, Saturday afternoon.
Although they were rescued from the house after fire fighters arrived, they died soon after.
The fire fighters had “tears in their eyes, after they battled to save the boys, Chris Kirby, group manager at West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said.
The fire broke out at a house in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, England.
A woman and another 6-year-old managed to escape the house before rescuers arrived the scene, reports say.
“Our crews worked very quickly to find the fire and extinguish it.
“They then performed rescues on the boys, who had suffered significant smoke inhalation,” Kirby added.
An investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire..
