“It never happened,” state police spokesperson Kalu Amadi Celestina told Newsroom on Monday.
“As he was beating her, the woman fell down and started foaming in the mouth before she slipped into unconsciousness.”
“The owner of vehicle has been located,” police said in a statement on Friday.
