Super Eagles’ Victor Boniface survives car accident
Super Eagles and Bayer Leverkusen star forward, Victor Boniface, was involved in a ghastly car crash last night.
The player broke the news to the world via a post on his X handle.
Images showing significant damage to his car and one showing him lying in a hospital bed were uploaded by the star.
The player was, however, quick to allay fears of serious damage to himself, even though he was treated for bloody injuries.

“Na so una for hear say my enemy don die.
“Thank you Lord,” Boniface wrote.
The incident comes only hours after the Nigerian scored an all-important goal that gave his German club the win in their weekend game against Frankfurt.
Some believe he must have hit town to celebrate the win, resulting in the accident.
