Super Eagles right back Abdullahi Shehu pledges N100, 000 per goal to Sokoto United

Ahead of the 2018 Aiteo Cup round of 32 fixture on Sunday between Sokoto United and Kano Pillars, Super Eagles and Bursaspor defender Abdullahi Shehu has promised to give 100, 000 naira for each goal scored by his childhood club Sokoto United against Nigeria Professional Football League giant Kano Pillars.

The Sokoto born Super Eagles right back started his amateur career with Sokoto United before moving to Plateau United and later playing professionally for Kano Pillars from 2012 -2014.

Shehu said, “I’m here to let you know that each goal you score against Kano Pillars with a win, I will give you 100, 000 for it….. If you can score 5 – 10, I’m ready to ready to give you the money. I am just here to show my support and I wish you success in the game and stay injury free”.
