For the first time ever, the Lagos State Executive Council meeting took place outside the Lagos house in Ikeja.
Governor Akinwunmi Ambode and his team held the meeting at the Conference Hall, V.I.P Chalet, in the Badagry area of Lagos on Wednesday.
This, according to the state’s commissioner of information, Steve Ayorinde, the move was “a clear indication of the Governor’s readiness and commitment to spread development to every nook and cranny of the State”.
He added that the Governor had spent three days in Badagry, which proved that every part of the State is secured and the Governor can perform his duty in every part of the State.
