It’s a perfect score! UNILAG student graduates with 5.0 CGPA, twitter reacts
The University of Lagos held its pre-convocation press briefing on Wednesday.
While the briefing has since become an annual thing, no other Vice-Chancellor has had the privilege to make the announcement Prof. Rahman Bello made at the event.
One of the students billed to graduate during the upcoming three-day convocation programme made a Cummulative Grade Point Average of 5.00.
According to the Vice-Chancellor, this year, a record has been set. A graduating student in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, Mr Ayodele Daniel Dada is graduating with a CGPA of 5.00.
“A perfect score. This means he scored As in all courses he took in the programme. I congratulate the graduate with a First Class,” he said.
Ayodele finished from the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences.
And twitter has been reacting to that rare announcement since the media broke the news.
Many have saluted him.
